In Short

  • Oversee a portfolio of ~30 large law firm accounts.
  • Focus on deep, strategic partnerships to deliver measurable customer outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers.
  • Conduct executive-level business reviews and deliver adoption analyses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex challenges.
  • Define success metrics and align with customers' long-term objectives.
  • Own the renewal process and identify risks to customer retention.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to deepen customer value.
  • Document customer feedback and advocate for customer needs internally.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are tracked in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or JD is a strong plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise accounts and deliver results.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with CSPs and CRM systems.
  • Legal Tech or experience with large law firms is a plus.
