The Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Samsara plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of top customers by customizing the IoT platform to meet their unique operational needs.

In Short

  • Work closely with top customers to understand their fleet and unique challenges.
  • Advise on how to customize Samsara for their needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams.
  • Compose joint success plans with customers.
  • Conduct workshops to recommend workflow changes.
  • Serve as a mentor to the Customer Success and Support teams.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles.
  • This role requires up to 25% travel.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success or account management role.
  • Strong priority management and emotional intelligence.
  • Experience supporting technical products.
  • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of building trust with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
