The Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Edmentum will maximize client renewal and growth rates by cultivating implementations that get results, ensuring successful student outcomes.

  • Ensure all stakeholders have a comprehensive view of customer health.

Requirements

  • Must reside in MI.
  • Master’s degree in Education preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in education technology implementation.
  • 3+ years supporting SaaS K-12 program implementation.
  • Strong leadership skills in a K-12 environment.
  • Effective communication across all levels of a district.
  • Knowledge of current educational trends and state requirements.
  • Ability to analyze client usage and performance data.
