Overview

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Vendavo, you will manage complex, high-value accounts and strengthen relationships with senior leaders across various business units.

In Short

  • Advocate for customer needs throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the account team to develop account plans.
  • Cultivate relationships to drive adoption and ensure retention.
  • Monitor and report Customer Health Metrics.
  • Communicate with departmental leaders for alignment.
  • Champion customer needs relative to software features.
  • Support sales when upsell opportunities are identified.
  • Manage large enterprise customer relationships.
  • Experience with SaaS software solutions is required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in Customer Success or related role.
  • Experience with pricing and analytics solutions in B2B.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies.
  • Understanding of Project Governance principles.
  • Experience managing accounts with global presence.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with executives.
  • Ability to use data for insights and performance tracking.
