The Technical Training Specialist designs, delivers, and continuously improves training programs that empower customers to effectively utilize and derive value from the solutions provided.

• Delighting customers by developing courseware (eLearning) and facilitating customer-facing training (live, virtual).
• Developing eLearning assets such as demos, tutorials, exercises, and quizzes.
• Managing the education environment to ensure reduced participant learning curves.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to understand software usage and best practices.
• Measuring the effectiveness of training and making necessary modifications.
• Supporting learning for regular releases and revising existing training programs.
• Anticipating future training opportunities.
• Providing post-training support to customers.
• Managing and maintaining training materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in corporate customer training.
• Ability to convert technical specifications into plain language.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in instructional design and adult learning methodology.
• Experience in training needs analysis and program design.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools is welcomed.
• Proficiency in training software and tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
