Overview

The Technical Specialist will provide high-quality remote technical support to the Aftersales Network and Field Service Engineer Team, ensuring efficient vehicle repairs and exceptional customer experience.

In Short

  • Provide remote technical support for vehicle repairs.
  • Manage escalation processes for complex cases.
  • Offer insights to Field Service Engineers.
  • Support Customer Care operations with updated findings.
  • Create reports from various technical systems.
  • Identify repair trends and quality issues.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and communication in Dutch and French required.
  • Hybrid working pattern.
  • Permanent position with flexible working methods.

Requirements

  • Trained and certified as ‘Master Technician’ or equivalent.
  • Experience in electrical diagnosis.
  • High voltage/EV experience is desirable.
  • Able to diagnose complex vehicle systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach.
  • Pre-experience as L1 Technical Support preferred.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level), Dutch and French communication skills.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
