As a Technical SEO Specialist at DOZR, you will be responsible for improving organic rankings using high-impact technical search strategies.

• Perform audits to identify technical SEO opportunities
• A/B test design, execution and evaluation for critical SEO elements
• Devise creative technical SEO solutions and produce landing pages
• Make recommendations for improved traffic and conversion metrics
• Maintain responsibility for SEO growth goals
• Partner with teams outside of SEO for collaboration
• Stay updated with the Search landscape and algorithm changes
• Create ad hoc reports for performance trend investigations
• Analyze opportunities for link building and visibility
• Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to quality work

Requirements

• 2-5 years technical SEO experience
• In-depth understanding of search engines and algorithms
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Figma
• Ability to create refined keyword and ranking strategies
• Knowledge of keyword research and content ranking strategies
• Perform thorough website analysis for crawlability and architecture
• Interest in staying current on industry practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
