Overview

The Automotive Technical Instructional Designer is responsible for designing and developing technical training programs for luxury OEM training academies, ensuring quality and effectiveness.

• Lead alignment and adaptation of course materials.
• Standardize Train-the-Trainer content and processes.
• Digitalize assessment processes for electronic completion.
• Integrate multimedia and instructional tools into courses.
• Update and diversify assessment fault sets.
• Analyze course content distribution and redesign structures.
• Standardize vehicle fleet requirements across academies.
• Support evaluation of trainer competency.
• Maintain training-related documents and assessments.
• Some travel required, not exceeding 20% of the time.

Requirements

• Experience in instructional design or technical training development.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Strong understanding of instructional methodologies.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital tools preferred.
• Experience with multi-location training support preferred.
