Overview

The Technical Instructional System Designer will develop and implement training strategies and materials for GM's Human Resources group, focusing on technical training for software development audiences.

  • At least four years of experience in course development or e-learning.
  • Proficiency with tools like Articulate and Camtasia.
  • Exceptional communication skills across global audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Certification in Instructional Design.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Expertise in various training delivery methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of the ADDIE and SAM models.
  • Experience creating promotional materials using graphic software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
