Instructional System Designer (ISD) - Remote

Overview

NATECH is currently seeking an Instructional System Designer (ISD) to support the Joint Knowledge Online (JKO). This position is fully remote, but candidate must live within Lawton, OK and be available to attend meetings and working sessions as needed.

In Short

• Develop and distribute online educational and training content.
• Utilize instructional systems design (ISD) and learning theory.
• Produce written, audio, and graphic products.
• Collaborate with Training and Education team members.
• Make edits and adjustments to interactive templates.
• Integrate audio, visual, and written material into products.
• Complete products according to plans of action and milestone schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with minimum 2 years of experience.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience with eLearning practices.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• 1 to 3 years’ experience with Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL).
• Familiarity with LMS and SCORM.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Knowledge of Animate and Captivate.
• Graphic designing experience is a plus.
