Overview

Join the NATECH Quality Assurance team as a National Airspace (NAS) Western Service Area quality assurance specialist.

In Short

• Support review, analysis, and oversight of aircraft accidents and incidents.
• Identify potential quality control concerns after significant events.
• Build safety cases and identify risks related to NAS.
• Maintain records and provide reports of progress and problems.
• Interface with Air Traffic Control (ATC) field facilities and vendors.
• Foster cooperation between different departments and co-workers.
• Review proposed changes to the National Airspace System (NAS).
• Excellent customer service skills required for interaction with management.
• Experience with FAA quality and safety tools is essential.
• Work in a hybrid remote environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Mathematics plus 15 years of relevant experience.
• 8 years of specific experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with FAA or DOD, Air Traffic Control systems.
• Knowledge of NAS planning and project coordination.
• Proficiency in FAA quality and safety tools like CEDAR, FALCON, and SATORI.
