Program Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Program Analyst will support the Joint Training, Exercise, and Evaluation Program (JTEEP) support for the U.S. Air Force (AF).

In Short

• Coordinate with MAJCOMs and stakeholders for budget planning.
• Maintain/update Emergency and Special Program code listings.
• Compile fiscal year Joint Training Coordination Program operational and financial requirements.
• Provide input to joint exercise planning processes.
• Monitor and update the Joint Staff JTCP tool database.
• Participate in multi-service coordination meetings.
• Analyze and report JTCP performance metrics.
• Assist in preparing quarterly unfunded requests.
• Review and provide inputs for Program Management publications.
• Maintain oversight of Air Force inputs to the Joint Investment Database.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in interpreting major policy and procedural guidance.
• 10-15 years of tactical and operational experience in major AF weapon systems.
• Knowledge of Government accounting and budgetary practices.
• Knowledge of Tactical/Operational Training concepts.
• Knowledge of the JTEEP program is highly desired.
• Possess a current or final Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
