• Join the Data Analytics team as a Program Analyst.
• Provide data analysis, technical assistance, and performance reporting.
• Develop understanding of programs to support service documentation and data entry.
• Create systems to track program performance based on contract targets.
• Report on program performance to leadership.
• Hybrid position: 20% in-office, 80% remote.
• Salary range: $68,000 - $69,500 annually.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office required.
• Non-profit experience preferred.

Requirements

• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Analyze data related to program outcomes.
• Create and maintain dashboards for program performance.
• Provide technical assistance to program staff.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of data.
• Generate regular reports on service frequency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with IT for database needs.
• Maintain relationships with funders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
