In Short

• Conduct detailed investigations and biopsychosocial assessments for clients.
• Advocate for clients before the Court, DAO, and DOP.
• Develop client-specific service plans.
• Maintain positive interactions with the defense bar and criminal legal community.
• Document client progress and provide ongoing feedback.
• Attend court appearances and collaborate with co-workers in person.
• Work in a hybrid environment with flexibility between in-person and remote work.
• Support clients with mental illness, disabilities, and substance use disorders.
• Promote Osborne's mission and maintain client confidentiality.
• Pass clearances for accessing digital client files.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Forensic Psychology, or similar field.
• Two years of professional experience in a criminal justice environment.
• Experience with investigations and writing court reports.
• Familiarity with court entities and advocacy.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively.
