• Seeking a bilingual Spanish speaking Mitigation Specialist.
• Conduct in-depth investigations and biopsychosocial assessments.
• Develop client-specific service plans and facilitate referrals.
• Advocate for alternatives to incarceration or detention.
• Work closely with courts, DAO, DOP, and treatment providers.
• Maintain thorough documentation and manage a caseload.
• Hybrid position with in-person and remote work.

• Salary: $70,000/year.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (oral and written fluency required).
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Forensic Psychology, or related field preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a criminal justice setting.
• Experience conducting psychosocial investigations and preparing court-related documents.
• Familiarity with court systems and advocacy experience.
• Experience supporting clients with mental illness or substance use disorders.
• Ability to manage a caseload and meet legal deadlines.
