Overview

MKS2 Technologies, LLC is seeking a Loss Mitigation Specialist to manage customer service aspects related to mortgage-insured loans, ensuring compliance and minimizing losses.

In Short

• Conduct loan level reviews for compliance with servicing requirements.
• Handle multiple loan workout products on mortgage-insured loans.
• Minimize company loss from foreclosure through retention and liquidation options.
• Accurately underwrite borrower financial information.
• Address Mortgage Servicer questions and issues.
• Develop understanding of departmental policies and procedures.
• Provide department phone coverage as needed.
• Execute recovery processes and prepare reports.
• Maintain relationships with third-party collection vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of Loss Mitigation experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong analytic and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Familiarity with lending-related terminology.
• Ability to safeguard confidential information.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
