As a Litigation Specialist at Builders Mutual, you will manage complex litigated commercial and auto liability cases, focusing on construction-related matters while working remotely and collaborating with your team.

In Short

• Manage litigation strategy and activity of assigned panel counsel.
• Attend trials, depositions, and mediations as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial claims experience.
• Adjusters License required for assigned jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 35% for meetings.
• Proficient in MS Office and claims management systems.
