Litigation Recovery Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Litigation Recovery Specialist’s primary responsibilities will include support for the recovery team through a wide variety of means, requiring proficiency in technology, attention to detail, and organization.

In Short

• Prepare, review and execute legal documents for litigation activities.
• Act as a traveling and virtual witness in trials and mediations.
• Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel.
• Document changes in accounts in each system of record.
• Maintain relationships with external law firms.
• Manage the bankruptcy scrub process.
• Conduct legal research as assigned.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a paralegal or litigation support role.
• Juris Doctorate or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
