Peer Recovery Specialist - Remote

Boulder Care is hiring a Peer Recovery Specialist for a 100% remote, full-time position.

In Short

• 100% remote position
• Full-time role (40 hours a week)
• Must reside in Oregon
• Peer certification in Oregon required
• 2 years of experience in peer support
• Focus on patient engagement and support
• Work Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm PT
• Starting pay range: $24.52 - $28.32/hour

Requirements

• 1+ years experience with opioid use disorder treatment resources
• Active peer certification in Oregon
• 2+ years working in peer support
• Minimum two years of recovery from substance use or mental health disorders
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team
• High ethical standards and professionalism
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Medicaid billing in Oregon is a plus
