Senior Manager, FP&A and Strategic Finance - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager of FP&A and Strategic Finance is responsible for driving Boulder Care’s financial planning, forecasting, and analysis processes to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This highly visible role partners directly with executive leadership and department heads to develop strategic insights, optimize resource allocation, and guide long-term financial planning.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with Excel.
• Ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
• Experience in healthcare or high-growth startup environments preferred.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated integrity and accountability.
• Experience in telehealth or technology-enabled healthcare is a plus.
