• Hiring a Peer Recovery Specialist for a 100% remote, full-time position.
• Must reside in Oregon or Washington State.
• Requires peer certification in Oregon or Washington State.
• 2 years of experience in peer support is necessary.
• Minimum two years of recovery from substance use or mental health disorders.
• Monday-Friday schedule of 9:00am - 6:00pm Pacific Time.
• Conduct patient engagement and support recovery management.
• Maintain a working knowledge of community resources.
• Participate in continuing education to advance peer recovery practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in opioid use disorder treatment resources.
• Active peer certification in state of residence.
• Expected to obtain NCPRSS certification within 9 months of hire.
• Strong preference for individuals with underrepresented pathways of recovery.
• High degree of trustworthiness, integrity, and professionalism.
• Ability to connect individuals with local recovery resources.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-focused with effective collaboration abilities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Maintains composure under pressure.
