• Participate in treatment services as a member of the residential team.
• Monitor daily patient activities and ensure compliance with treatment rules.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Satisfactory CORI background check.
• Understanding of addiction and recovery.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to document and respond to client needs.
• Previous human service experience preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in the substance abuse field preferred.
• Valid US-issued driver’s license and insured vehicle required.
