In Short

• Assist with documenting future-state structures and governance elements.
• Support the documentation of technology strategies and maintain project plans.
• Prepare clear summaries and status updates for leadership and project teams.
• Synthesize technology strategy and deployment decisions.
• Ensure alignment between technology deployment strategies and workforce initiatives.
• Track progress against key milestones and escalate issues to leadership.
• Coordinate cross-workstream interactions for synchronized activities.
• Develop presentation decks and documents for client communication.
• Navigating ambiguity and managing changes effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• 1+ years of experience with the Federal Government.
• 1+ years of experience working with diverse stakeholders.
• 2+ years in business process analysis and workflow mapping.
• 2+ years of contact center operations experience.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools (Visio, Excel, Word, PPT).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Must be a US Citizen with ability to acquire a U.S. Public Trust.

• Pay: $130,000 - $145,000
• Duration: Current funding through 08/2026 - expected to be awarded additional year
