Overview

The Integration Consultant I within SIFMU Integration is responsible for supporting the team with new member onboarding, account changes, and supporting lifecycle activities. The role involves interacting directly with potential new clients, delivering prompt and professional guidance throughout the onboarding process.

In Short

  • Support all aspects of the Client onboarding lifecycle across all DTCC stages.
  • Participate in project kickoff meetings to align on expectations and timelines.
  • Manage membership application process and setups across Client Test and Production Environments.
  • Drive client engagement and answer questions on Membership Application Portal (MAP) process.
  • Provide recommendations for additional services as needed.
  • Handle the client User Acceptance process with test scripts.
  • Schedule and lead regular project status meetings with clients.
  • Support client activations by partnering with internal parties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across all groups involved.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated project management and application integration skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Experience with business/application messaging systems and protocols.
  • Extensive client-facing experience with proven ability to manage expectations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capability and analytical skills.
