EDI & Integrations Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly driven EDI & Integrations Consultant with a strong sense of urgency and an Inbox 0 mentality. In this fast-paced role, you will ensure seamless data integration between our trading partners, ERP system, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers. Success in this position requires exceptional follow-up, tenacity, and the ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams and external vendors to meet critical customer and project deadlines. You will ensure real-time, accurate data synchronization for order processing, invoicing, and logistics operations, doing whatever it takes to deliver results.

In Short

• Ensure proper flow of transactional documents between trading partners and the ERP system.
• Test EDI documents for compliance with standards to prevent errors.
• Verify accurate mapping of incoming and outgoing EDI data into ERP workflows.
• Ensure flawless data synchronization between ERP and 3PL systems.
• Conduct end-to-end testing for new partner onboarding.
• Drive results by collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT).
• Experience with ERP systems and data integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
