Integration Consultant I - Remote

Overview

As a member of Enterprise Services, the Integration Consultant I works directly with clients and internal business partners to manage the implementation of the DTCC Solutions suite of products.

In Short

• Prepare and deliver detailed solution proposals, including technical specifications and cost estimations.
• Continue to grow and build on knowledge about the company’s products, solutions, and related technologies.
• Serve as the business analyst/project coordinator for each client engagement.
• Manage project scope and timeline to ensure results meet established quality standards and client expectations.
• Act as the primary client point of contact.
• Lead regular project status meetings with clients.
• Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
• Support clients during client test activities.
• Oversee transition to operations and support teams after project delivery.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience preferably in the Financial Services industry.
• Solid project management skills with experience in leading implementation projects.
• Ability to understand complex technical problems and offer practical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills with experience delivering technical presentations.
• Demonstrable ability to engage with customers and craft technical solutions.
• Experience in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP® Certification Exam or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
