• Contact Center Modernization – Data Scientist/Analyst - REMOTE (US Citizen)
• Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 Annually w/ Full Benefits
• The Data Analyst’s main duties include updating and managing business queries and data extractions for dashboards and data warehouses.
• Check data for accuracy and completeness, supporting ongoing reporting requirements.
• Offer practical insights to leadership to aid data-driven decision-making.
• Detail oriented, organized, excellent at time management, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Work independently with little oversight or instruction.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to align data structures with standardized workflows.
• Document data processes, query logic, and reporting methodologies.
• Support cross-functional teams in interpreting and utilizing data for operational improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis/science.
• 1+ years of prior work experience in or with the Federal Government.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
• Strong understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and data quality assurance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Must be a US Citizen with ability and willingness to acquire a U.S. Public Trust.
