Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Adjusters license required.
• 5 years of experience in handling bodily injury claims.
• Knowledge of property and casualty regulations.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in relevant claims management software.
