Overview

The Migration Specialist within Togetherwork's Higher Education business vertical plays a key role in ensuring our customers experience a smooth transition from one platform to another. In this role, you’ll manage the migration process from start to finish, focusing on accurate data transfers, minimizing disruptions, and addressing customer concerns along the way. This position requires a blend of technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication to help clients feel confident and supported during the migration.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the migration process.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of national and chapter-level requirements.
  • Adhere to best practices for data migration.
  • Complete detailed account reviews for successful migrations.
  • Schedule migrations and resolve data errors.
  • Coordinate and execute the end-to-end migration process.
  • Test migrated data and systems for errors.
  • Document all correspondence related to chapter management.
  • Guide customers through the migration process.
  • Respond promptly to all client communications.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service or client management.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Outlook, Teams, and Office365 applications.
