In Short

• Provide legal support from initial call through petition filing.
• Prepare and file submissions for various immigration petitions.
• Assist with immigrant and non-immigrant visa applications.
• Continuously learn to prepare new case types.
• Monitor case pipeline to meet production targets.
• Communicate with customers regarding case processing issues.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Report to the Immigration Specialist Manager.
• Manage Employment Life-Cycle.
• Work on special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business immigration experience.
• 1+ year of experience in a law firm or corporate setting.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience in client services and managing individual pipelines.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Notion, and Slack is a plus.
