• Lead all aspects of immigration programs and assist employees with immigration procedures
• Maintain the relationship with our outside immigration firm
• Monitor status of a high volume of active and pending immigration petitions
• Facilitate completion of immigration case submissions
• Train recruiters and hiring managers on work authorization types
• Review and report on immigration regulation updates
• Prepare immigration-related correspondence as needed
• Contribute to the development of Global Immigration projects
• Enhance the immigration program and support future-planning initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of US immigration experience
• Understanding of global immigration practices
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Advocate for a remarkable candidate and employee experience
• Adept ability to research and assess facts
• Enjoy creating and documenting processes
