Overview

As an Integration Specialist at R3, you will optimize and maintain our Professional Services Automation (PSA) system while supporting internal IT operations, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with Microsoft tools, including Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with ITIL and CMMI-SVCs is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• Passion for scripting and process automation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
