In Short

• Manage and develop accounting staff, including offshore resources.
• Oversee General Ledger integrity and month-end close process.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Drive automation and standardization in financial processes.
• Support and maintain strong internal controls.
• Improve reporting processes and financial visibility.
• Experience with Unanet strongly preferred.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all accounting activities.
• Build scalable team structures to support company growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Prior experience in leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of services-based accounting models.
• Proven experience managing offshore accounting resources.
• Deep knowledge of GL, AP, AR, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Experience supporting financial audits.
• Strong process improvement mindset.
• Advanced Excel skills.
