Overview

As a Solution Center Engineer II at R3, you will provide exceptional IT support and technical troubleshooting to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality service.

In Short

  • Provide telephone/email technical troubleshooting support to clients.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
  • Follow-up on open tickets and keep clients informed.
  • Log accurate notes within the ticketing system.
  • Serve as technical escalation point for Level 1 Engineers.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
  • Update client documentation regularly for accuracy.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Managed IT Services.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult client situations.
  • Decision-making skills affecting clients independently.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Flexible hours including night shifts/weekends.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Technical Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ preferred.
