Overview

As a Solution Center Engineer I at R3, you will serve as the primary on-site representative for our clients, combining exceptional customer service with strong technical expertise to support our clients' missions.

In Short

  • Provide first contact support for incoming requests via phone or email.
  • Follow up on open tickets and keep clients informed.
  • Record, update, and document incidents in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with teammates to identify solutions for client requests.
  • Provide first-tier support for Windows and macOS workstations.
  • Troubleshoot issues with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other technologies.
  • Manage inventory and asset tracking for IT equipment.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and handle difficult situations.
  • Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Managed IT Services.
  • Experience supporting macOS in a professional environment.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions affecting clients.
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform various duties.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
