Solution Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Solution Engineer at Datarails, you will work with existing customers to implement add-on modules and drive product adoption, serving as the technical expert on the product suite.

• Work with existing customers to design and implement additional products.
• Act as the technical expert on the product suite.
• Advise customers on best practices for financial processes and reporting.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in software implementation or consulting.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
