FP&A Content & Solutions Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive FP&A Content and Solutions Specialist to support the creation, customization, and maintenance of our FP&A template library. This role will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our Solutions Consulting (SC) team, Customer Success, and product teams.

In Short

• Assist in curating, version-controlling, and maintaining the standardized FP&A template library.
• Learn and become proficient in Datarails to customize templates with platform-specific formulas and integrations.
• Support SC team in preparing templates for deep dive calls with prospects.
• Ensure template continuity from pre-sales to implementation.
• Help host bi-monthly “template office hours” to demo new templates.
• Collaborate with Product on roadmap changes that could impact template structure.
• Monitor template usage data to identify adoption trends.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Passion for building financial reports and models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or data/reporting analyst roles.
• Understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting concepts.
• Strong willingness to learn Datarails.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
