IT Manager - Remote

Overview

Datarails is seeking a hands-on, experienced IT Manager to join our team! You will provide subject-matter expertise in global IT, collaborating closely with all company teams to support the business, resolve issues, maintain and update software and hardware assets, and drive continuous improvements to our IT infrastructure.

In Short

• Act as the sole IT business partner and the go-to expert for all IT-related matters.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for employees across various enterprise systems.
• Manage, set up, install, and maintain corporate networks, operating systems, and software.
• Perform preventive maintenance, auditing, and troubleshooting of ongoing malfunctions.
• Ensure security of user identity through Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms.
• Procure hardware, software, and licenses as needed.
• Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure costs and usage efficiency.
• Manage company knowledge base platforms such as Confluence or Notion.
• Identify and treat IT risks, implementing robust access control policies.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role within a SaaS company.
• Expertise in Azure AD, OKTA, MDM (Intune), Firewall, DNS, and similar technologies.
• Hands-on experience and strong understanding of MacOS and Windows.
• Experience in implementing, operating, and maintaining modern IT services.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Experience with Azure is an advantage.
