Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience, including leadership roles
• Experience in scaling IT teams at startups
• Ability to build foundational IT systems
• Proven remote IT support experience
• Knowledge of Okta SAML and SCIM
• Familiarity with Kandji or similar MDM tools
• Apple Mac best practices knowledge
• Google Workspace proficiency
• Strong attention to detail and execution
• Customer service orientation
