Overview

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of the company's unclassified IT infrastructure and systems, ensuring seamless and secure operations of all corporate technology.

• Manage and maintain the company's unclassified corporate network operations.
• Maintain and oversee all aspects of the company's Google Workspace environment.
• Ensure interconnectivity across Google, AWS, and on-premise systems.
• Provide end-user support for connectivity and access issues.
• Oversee vendor and Managed Service Provider (MSP) relationships.
• Procure IT hardware and software.
• Support the technical design strategy for the corporate network.
• Develop and execute an IT strategy with MSPs and new hires.
• Track support requests to improve user experience.
• Document systems and configurations clearly.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in IT.
• Experience managing projects and communicating technical functions.
• Proven capabilities with Google Workspace, Cisco, VMware, and Windows.
• Experience with enterprise-level networks and CMMC compliance preferred.
• Ability to manage network devices and understand network technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates initiative and confidence in decision-making.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• A clearance is preferred but not required.
