IT Systems Engineer - Remote

Overview

The IT Systems Engineer is responsible for configuring, securing, and maintaining the organization’s Google Workspace environment within the unclassified IT infrastructure and systems, ensuring seamless and secure operations of all corporate technology.

• Manage and maintain the company's unclassified corporate network operations.
• Manage Google Workspace user lifecycle.
• Administer API Controls and manage third-party applications.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for Google Workspace issues.
• Support the Microsoft Entra environment.
• Ensure interconnectivity across Google, AWS, and on-premise systems.
• Maintain compliance with CMMC goals.
• Provide end-user support for IT issues.
• Procure IT hardware and software.
• Communicate effectively across departments.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in IT.
• Experience managing projects and communicating with vendors.
• Proven expertise with Google Workspace Administration.
• Technical experience with Microsoft Entra, Cisco, and VMware preferred.
• Experience with enterprise-level networks and CMMC compliance.
• Familiarity with integrating different technologies in cloud environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates initiative and decision-making confidence.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Clearance preferred but not required.
