Overview

The Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Lead will ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and manage enterprise risks effectively while collaborating with various teams.

  • Maintain and update security, privacy, and compliance policies.
  • Lead risk assessments and control testing.
  • Manage adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Oversee audits and evidence collection.

  • Assist with security awareness and compliance training.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Security, and Operations teams.
  • Ensure a strong governance posture across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in GRC or related roles.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA.
  • Experience supporting audits against compliance frameworks.
  • Knowledge of compliance automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for policy documentation.
