Overview

Guardant Health is seeking a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Lead to drive the evolution of our Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance program with a focus on innovation and automation.

In Short

• Lead the development and enhancement of the GRC program.
• Drive ISO 27001 certification and compliance improvement.
• Implement automated compliance and security controls.
• Conduct internal assessments and security control testing.
• Partner with Privacy, Compliance, and Regulatory teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor on GRC goals and security strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in GRC or related field.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulations.
• Experience with cybersecurity and cloud security frameworks.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Certifications like CISSP, CISA, CRISC are preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to tackle compliance challenges effectively.
• Proven ability to build trust across the organization.
• Capability to stay updated with evolving regulations.
