GRC Compliance & Risk Lead - Remote

Overview

The Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team is looking for an experienced Risk & Compliance Lead to drive risk management strategy and compliance frameworks related to DoorDash financial service products.

In Short

• Contribute to GRC team strategy and roadmap.
• Assist in rollout of governance, risk, and compliance tools.
• Manage Risk & Compliance programs for financial service products.
• Oversee design and implementation of controls.
• Monitor compliance programs for regulatory obligations.
• Manage Cybersecurity risk management program.
• Partner with teams to integrate compliance in new initiatives.
• Act as relationship manager for audits.
• Perform readiness assessments for business initiatives.
• Provide reporting on security risks and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an analytical discipline.
• 6+ years in IT audit, risk management, compliance.
• 5+ years managing technical compliance programs.
• Experience in IT & Cybersecurity compliance readiness.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across teams.
• Understanding of system architecture and Cybersecurity risks.
• Creative problem-solving skills for risk management.
• Excellent communication skills for technical solutions.
• CISA, CISSP or other certifications are a plus.
