Overview

The High Touch Implementation Specialist will manage and execute the end-to-end implementation of Ashby’s solution for mid-market and smaller enterprise customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.

In Short

  • Manage 15 active implementations at a time, each lasting 4-8 weeks.
  • Develop and execute implementation plans for customers.
  • Lead implementation and onboarding projects in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement and communication.
  • Advise customers on best practices for software usage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on progress.
  • Utilize analytical skills to inform decisions and measure success.
