IT Manager - Remote

Overview

The IT Manager is responsible for leading Lastwall’s IT department, overseeing internal systems, asset management, security compliance, and employee technology support.

In Short

• Lead the IT department and set priorities.
• Establish and maintain documentation, SLAs, and IT standards.
• Build internal relationships to recommend technical solutions.
• Administer user accounts and access controls.
• Manage corporate endpoints using JAMF for Apple devices.
• Provide IT support functions including credential resets.
• Track and manage IT asset inventory.
• Ensure compliance with software licensing.
• Lead IT aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize IT processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong ICAM experience.
• Hands-on experience with JAMF or similar.
• Expert knowledge of Linux system administration.
• Experience managing IT asset inventories and policies.
• Skilled in project management and collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or hold dual Canadian/U.S. citizenship.
