Solutions Consultant - AI Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Consultant, you will be expected to provide deep industry, solution or product expertise to sales process for clients within our Canada Legal segment, specifically with our generative AI solutions.

In Short

• Provide specialized consulting to solve business challenges using generative AI solutions.
• Engage customers in the pre-sales process.
• Advise customers and sales teams on product needs.
• Act as a technical expert in client meetings and demos.
• Create and deliver client success plans and reviews.
• Host design thinking workshops and provide strategic consulting.
• Deliver webinars and public speaking engagements.
• Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
• Navigate complex matrixed organizations effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required.
• Minimum three years’ experience in solutions consulting or related field.
• Strong familiarity with generative AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects against tight deadlines.
• Advanced PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Experience with government procurement is an asset.
• Demonstrated creativity and innovation strategies.
• Proven success influencing cross-functional teams.
