Overview

R3 Labs is a newly formed R3 unit focused on enabling financial institutions and asset originators to issue, manage and put to work real-world assets (RWA) on-chain, combining security, compliance, and enterprise know-how with next-gen blockchain networks.

In Short

• Lead technical solution design and delivery for clients and partners.
• Design tokenization architectures for RWAs on Solana.
• Interface with enterprise clients to understand technical requirements.
• Develop integration blueprints across APIs and smart contracts.
• Collaborate with protocol developers and teams to deliver E2E solutions.
• Contribute to reference architectures for compliant asset issuance.
• Stay updated on Solana improvement proposals and regulatory developments.

Requirements

• 8+ years in a technical architecture or engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with Web3 tools, APIs, and smart contracts.
• Solid understanding of asset tokenization.
• Familiarity with Solana architecture.
• Prior exposure to regulated financial institutions.
• Bonus: Experience with enterprise integrations and compliance toolkits.
• Nice to have: Rust reading fluency and experience on Ethereum or Cosmos.
