Overview

As a Solutions Engineer at Synthflow, your primary focus will be ensuring the technical and operational success of our enterprise customers as they onboard and scale their AI phone agents.

In Short

• Lead the technical onboarding and implementation of Synthflow's AI phone agent solutions.
• Serve as a primary technical contact, troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues.
• Conduct regular check-ins with customer project leads and host technical workshops.
• Proactively identify and execute actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and customer success teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in technical implementation or customer-facing roles.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, CRMs, and technical integrations.
• Experience or deep interest in AI/ML technologies.
• Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and collaborate cross-functionally.
