Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

Omada Health is seeking a new member of the Solutions Engineering team to facilitate technical integrations with Omada’s customers and partners, aiming to improve onboarding and support for customers and strategic alliance partners.

In Short

• Work closely with commercial teams to understand customer requirements.
• Participate in customer meetings to discuss technical aspects of solutions.
• Develop solutions that align with customer needs.
• Explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management teams.
• Adapt product offerings to create integrated solutions.
• Serve as the technical point of contact during implementations.
• Train and educate teams on business systems.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience managing complex projects.
• More than 3 years in a client-facing role.
• Experience interfacing with engineering and product teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with technical implementations.
• Proactive attitude towards risk management.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
• Hands-on experience in designing technical solutions.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, PowerPoint, and Excel.
